Learn Domains Limited Use disclosure for Google Search Console and Google Analytics data connected on website Integrations.
01App and properties
Learn Domains (“Learn Domains”) is the application covered by this disclosure. Public site: https://learn.domains. Product app: https://app.learn.domains.
02Customer Google scopes
When a customer connects Google Search Console or Google Analytics on website Integrations, Learn Domains requests only these scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
Clerk “Continue with Google” is sign-in only. Connecting Search Console or Analytics is a second, optional step on the website Integrations page.
03How we use Google user data
We use Search Console and Analytics data solely to provide user-facing features of Learn Domains for the connecting user’s website only: Mission Brief, Opportunity Engine, Traffic Intelligence, and AI Analyst.
Learn Domains' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
04What we do not do
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Humans do not read raw Search Console or Analytics data except as needed for security, to comply with law, or when you request support.
- Google user data is not used to train foundation/generalized models.
05Disconnect and deletion
Disconnect Google Search Console or Analytics anytime on the website Integrations page. That revokes our access going forward.
To delete account data, submit a request at https://learn.domains/data-requests or email hi@learn.domains from the email on your account. We process verified requests within 30 days where feasible, subject to legal retention requirements.
