Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learn Domains, the Digital Asset Intelligence Command Center operated at learn.domains and app.learn.domains (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Learn Domains connects your website, search data, analytics, revenue, and brand knowledge to produce intelligence and recommendations about your digital assets. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and access you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

The Service is offered on recurring subscription plans (for example Starter. Growth, and Agency), Plan features, credit allotments, website limits, and prices are described at the point of purchase and may change over time. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

We may change plan pricing or features on a prospective basis. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

The $1 trial provides 7 days of access with a limited credit allotment and one website. The trial begins when your $1 charge is confirmed. Unless you cancel or change your plan before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the Starter plan and you will be charged the then-current Starter price.

Trial accounts may have feature restrictions (for example, limits on article generation, scheduled content, credit purchases, and affiliate rewards). The trial is intended for genuine evaluation; abuse of the trial may result in suspension.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Stripe: By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, including recurring subscription fees, the $1 trial charge, applicable taxes, and any credit pack purchases.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade, or suspend access until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

Certain features consume credits, which meter the cost of expensive operations such as AI analysis and content generation. The following apply to credits:

• Monthly plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period (no rollover).
• Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
• Credits are reserved before a job runs and released if the job fails. Your balance cannot go negative.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Submit data or content you do not have the right to provide, or connect accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Generate spam, deceptive, deceptive-ranking (black-hat SEO), or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, drafts, and other outputs, AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may require review and editing. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, outputs you generate for your account are yours to use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

Learn Domains provides intelligence and recommendations. We do not control search engines, algorithms, or third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee any specific search rankings, traffic, clicks, conversions, revenue, or business results. Any examples, estimates, or projections are illustrative and not promises of performance.

You decide what to publish. The Service does not auto-publish content to your website or third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before it is published, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Stripe: Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make. You authorize us to access and process data from connected accounts solely to provide the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us, Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. Canceling before the end of the trial prevents conversion to a paid plan.

Learn Domains operates an affiliate program for approved partners who refer new customers, Affiliate terms described on the affiliate program page are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Affiliate commission is 20% recurring on paid membership subscription fees (including renewals) for referred customers who subscribe within the attribution window, Commission does not apply to credit pack purchases, one-time charges, or any fees outside of recurring membership subscriptions.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts; adjust commission on prospective referrals; and withhold or reverse commission for fraud, self-referrals, brand-term bidding, spam, or other abuse of the program.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including the $1 trial charge, partial billing periods, and unused credits. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. For billing questions, contact hi@learn.domains.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Domains and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
