Refund Policy

How refunds work at Learn Domains: the $1 trial, subscriptions, annual plans, and credit packs. Questions about a specific charge? Email hi@learn.domains.
01The short version
We want you to evaluate Learn Domains with as little risk as possible, that's the entire point of the $1 / 7-day trial. Because the trial lets you see the product before you pay full price, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. That said, we're reasonable people: if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right where we can.
02The $1 trial
The $1 trial is a one-time charge for 7 days of access. It is intended to let you fully evaluate Learn Domains before committing to a paid plan. The $1 charge is non-refundable.
You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid converting to a paid plan, Canceling before the trial ends stops the conversion to the Starter plan and prevents any further charge.
03Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
If you were charged after intending to cancel, or you believe you were charged in error, contact hi@learn.domains within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly.
04Annual plans
If you purchase an annual plan, you may request a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, and cancellation stops renewal at the end of the annual term.
05Credit packs
Purchased credit packs never expire, but because credits can be consumed immediately by AI and content operations, credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
If you purchased a pack and have not used any of its credits, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the unused pack.
06When we will issue a refund
We will generally issue a refund or account credit when:
- You were double-charged or charged after a confirmed cancellation.
- A billing error on our side resulted in an incorrect charge.
- A prolonged outage materially prevented you from using the Service (see our Status page).
- Applicable consumer-protection law requires it.
07No refunds for results
Learn Domains provides intelligence and recommendations. We do not guarantee any rankings, traffic, clicks, conversions, or revenue, and we do not issue refunds based on the business results you did or did not achieve while using the Service.
08Disputes and chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact hi@learn.domains. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster and more fairly directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
09How to request a refund
Email hi@learn.domains from the email address on your account with your account/organization name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
