An integration shows as degraded
A degraded status usually means a temporary provider error or an expired authorization. Open the website's Integrations tab and run a manual sync. If it persists, disconnect and reconnect the property.
My data hasn't appeared yet
- First syncs can take a few minutes, give it a moment, then refresh.
- Confirm you connected the property that matches the site you added.
- Search Console only returns data for verified properties.
Credits or billing questions
Credits are granted after your $1 trial charge confirms. If a job failed, its reserved credits are automatically released. For anything else, email hi@learn.domains.
