Knowledge Base is included on every plan: paste, Obsidian bulk, GitHub, Drive, Slack. Mission Brief, Content, Analyst, and Opportunity Engine retrieve from it automatically.

Digital Asset Vault requires Growth or Agency plus a one-time add-on. It adds collections, pinned assets, insights, saved prompts, promote-from-KB, and portfolio rollups.

Promote from Knowledge Base

1Open a ready Knowledge Base item.
2Choose Promote to Vault and pick a collection (Brand or Operations are common).
3Run Vault insights to catch gaps and duplicates.
